Author Author: Book Challenge Winners Announced

I was so nervous; but as soon as the first book story was told and the room was a complete hush, I knew the GCQG/Jaffe Center for Book Arts Third Bi-Annual Book Challenge Program was going to be a success.

I already knew the books were wonderful! Ten individual and two group entries were turned in. When I took them for the judging, I could hear laughter and exclamations from the other room.  I wanted to be a fly on the wall, but I patiently sat and sewed hexagons together. After the judging, I was alone at home with all the books and spent many hours reading with my big eyes staring in amazement at the talent and creativity.The award winners were announced after all the stories were told so everyone knew thateach one of the books was amazing no matter if it won an award or not.Congratulations to the winning authors:
